It’s really a beautiful setting and a great place to spend an afternoon. Fishing wise it’s not heavily stocked and there are plenty of underwater snags so be prepared to lose some tackle. But trout can be found by the patient fisherman and whilst you wait you can enjoy the view. One slight disappoint is they provide a picnic area but no rubbish bins.
