I came here for a day package with three treatment, the massages are the worst I've ever received. For the first back treatment, the masseuse was away for 15 minutes for a 60 minutes massage, while telling me she is only away for 5 minutes to let me 'rest', and finished the 6 minutes earlier. The was mediocre. But at least it was professional and enjoyable. The second masseuse Carin was 10 minutes late to the appointment, the quality is bad, but the most unbearable part is that she wasn't wearing mask nor uniform during the massage, during she stopped at least 5 times to scratch herself, then continue to touch my face and hair. Not only it broke the flow, but it was also ultra unhygienic and gross. I've had all over the world, not one masseuse have scratched themselves like this. Otherwise the spa lack traditional changing room, not much privacy as one can only chill in one lounge, all changing and shower are mixed. There's also no cafeteria to buy food. The layout could definitely be better to take advantage of the lake view. Really big disappointment if your looking for hamman/sauna/jacuzzi experience. I had so much expectation. Bad showers. Bad lounge area. Really bad saunas. Bad soap. Even water fountains are not Evian. (The a cup is extra 0,3€). Towels 2€. Sauna 10€. Pool (not thermal water) another 15€. You need a cap for another 4€. Come on! Evian is just the place’s name. This should no be even considered a thermal bath. The view for the lake is nice, as the whole city. This place only makes sense if you’re a local or looking for a gym/water classes. Don’t waste your time. Go to ValVital or QC Therme. I would highly recommend the Evian natural mineral water treatments. I did "The great o evian" and the "massage in the rain". These were great treatments and so unique. The locker system works perfectly. All staff were very friendly. A must for a visit to Evian It is relatively small. One small swimming pool, one jakuzzi, sauna and hammam. If you want to get a or other services, reserve at least 2 days in advance. I tried their programme for future mothers for 3 days from Tuesday to Thursday. It was definitely worth it!! I live in Switzerland and one session here for 1 hour usually costs CHF 110. This three day programme cost me €350 but it included not only facial and body massages but also a personal training session and an aqua exercise session! I learned a lot during these courses. You can also enjoy hydromassage (a bit like a jacuzzi in an individual room) everyday. I really recommend it for pregnant ladies! :) Nice place. During weekend lots of people. ATTENTION: No public access to the spa facilities during weekend! Staff unfriendly and don't speak English! They wouldn’t let us in due to capacity. No recommendations of other places to go and we got there when the guide said too and she saw us walk in separately from the large group and we still didn’t get a sorry or a pass or another thought for that matter. Thanks for nothing Evian.
