They do not take reservations, when you arrive you are placed in a queue which in our case was around a 2 hours wait. You are told you may not leave the premises while you wait. When one group finishes they also dont have a great system to get the lane filled up fast, we noticed it would take 10-15 min between clients. Never coming again!
