Greatest attraction is right outside. The Panther Tank of Grandmenil. It linls this little town to WWII history forever... Excellent museum. Good value for money. Nice thematic layout inside with some great dioramas Staff were very friendly and helpful. Focusing on the Battle of the Ardennes in the Manhay and nearby areas. Good gift shop too. Also a Panther tank memorial and a couple of memorials just across the road as a bonus All part of a larger Battle of the Bulge trip around the area Great Tank and even greater Museum! Go and Visit the Manhay 44 right next to this beautyful Daimler Benz Panther Ausführung. G. It is made for loving it!! Very cool museum! Well worth the trip from Liege, which is 1 hour by bus at a price of 5 eur.. good deal🤩 the is in multiple languages, u can see it in 2 hours and it’s amazing that the story it tells took place right outside!! Highly informative and emotionally impactful experience for visitors of all ages. Its comprehensive exhibits, artifacts, and interactive displays offer a deep dive into the heavy combat that happened during the battle of the bulge. The museum's dedication to preserving and sharing the stories of the war, along with its educational approach, makes it a valuable and memorable destination for history enthusiasts. Good which was well presented and used the journey of the soldiers involved in the combat by utilising different sets for the journey. The tank was well hidden by the roundabout and was easily missed. This would make a good exhibit if it was in running order and would greatly enhance the museum. Well worth a visit and the cost of 10 euros was worth it. Wonderful Museum, the perfect size for a 40 minute to 1 hour tour. It has incredibly detailed expositions, lots of history told in each window. We were enticed by the original Panther tank but it was the that was the best part telling the story of the battle of Manhay. The owners were lovely and very helpful. We had a great time. Highly Recommended Very nice privately owned museum. Interesting concept of display executed at a high standard. Very accessible to us with a Camper. Definitely worth a visit and can easily be combined with other attractions in the area. Nice gift shop with a great selection of books and also original items for sale. Will visit again.
