While here only 2 hours, already my impression is negative. There is feeling of somewhat false advertising, since the main photo of the palace is not the main building. That building is a residence at a distance from the main area, which is the old farm grange. There is no air conditioning, at least in the room I have, so you could boil in summer. Also, lots of flies in the restaurant. Lots. The waiters and waitresses are excellent at ignoring you. Our plates have been on our table, empty, for over half an hour. I called one over to order coffees. She looked at me from a distance and walked away. We had to physically fetch assistance by walking to the staff. I mentioned to the waitress that I had called her over, at which point she laughed, failed to apologise, and walked away without acknowledging the order. Not a good start. I am severely unimpressed. 1 star. Day 2, same. Terrible service. Waiting 45 minutes for coffee. This is a joke. Very cool and cozy place. Lovely local food. Great location. Great food. Zachęceni opiniami wybraliśmy się do lokalu. Zamówiliśmy rosół, żurek oraz gołąbki z kaszą i grzybami. Niestety, dania rozczarowały: Rosół – bardzo wodnisty, niemal bez smaku, z minimalną ilością makaronu (choć sam makaron był smaczny). Żurek – w menu miał być z ziemniakami, których jednak nie znaleźliśmy. Sam smak również bardzo przeciętny. Gołąbki z kaszą i grzybami – niestety nie udało się wyczuć grzybów w farszu. Porcje zup były tak małe, że przypominały raczej dziecięce monoporcje. Na plus można zaliczyć miłą i sprawną obsługę – to jedyny element, który pozostawił dobre wrażenie. Ogólnie jednak wyszliśmy rozczarowani i z poczuciem, że opinie nie odzwierciedlają realnego poziomu serwowanych potraw. Pyszne jedzenie. Polecam żurek, kartacze i burgera, pstrąga i suma. Potrawy aromatyczne, pełne smaku. W menu znajdziemy zarówno dania tradycyjne, regionalne, jak i coś bardziej nowoczesnego. Gospoda znajduje się w kompleksie pałacowo folwarcznym w Galinach. W okolicy stajnie, wybiegi dla koni. Amazing food!! Cant get enough🤤🤤 Good atmosphere and great food, strongly recommend this place for dinner or delicious tea by the fire place. Pyszne jedzenie ,sandacz wyborny, przydałoby się trochę więcej pysznego sosu ,kartacze rewelacja, kotleciki warmińskie z zielonymi kopytkami palce lizać . Pani obsługująca nasz stolik była przesympatyczna,bardzo pomocna w podejmowaniu decyzji. Jedynym minusem był wrzask dzieci ,ale to już nie jest w gestii obsługi, ale rodziców którzy nie potrafią opanować swoich pociech. Bardzo dziękujemy ,na pewno wrócimy będąc w okolicy. Polecamy PS Muszę jeszcze dodać słówko o przepięknej okolicy otaczającej gospodę . Hotel i możliwość uprawiania różnych aktywności, do tego piękny park i zabudowania starego pałacu, stajnie i budynki gospodarcze pięknie utrzymane. Great food ruined by terrible service. Got there at 6pm only to find half the menu was sold out, was then given the days special menu only to be told that was sold out too. Then took our order and after serving the mains and only when prompted, realised they had 'forgot' two of our meals so then served other people dessert while two ppl had to wait for their mains. At the end they offered no discount or removal of any meals. Yes the food is good but they do not care about anything else other than getting the money. Great food, even simple dishes taste great. Great desserts. Nice and and peaceful location, well restored. Friendly staff. Prices mid/high. This restaurant has a nice breakfast buffet but amazingly delicious dinner menu. I would give it more stars if I could. The waiters are super helpful, they speak English a plus for foreigners, and they serve amazing dishes. From typical Polish to exotic meat/ fish/ chicken/ lamb/ duck / goose dishes. Highly recommended!!
