Hot water is barely warm so you get cold taking shower, some lights are not functional, smelly towels. Acceptable breakfast. I didn't sleep at Vila Ursu, but I did eat here. We asked for mineral water and gave us tap water, the cutlery was dirty, and we waited like 10-20 mins for soup and 50-60 mins for meat and fries.
