Purtroppo il terreno demaniale non è sempre rispettato, spesso i "Signori" delle spiagge a primavera dragano sabbia e modificano la Laguna Naturale che si è formata durante l'autuno e l'Inverno, ogni anno si ripete questo rito a danno del Demanio, anche se il Comune, demandato alla manutenzione dal demanio, demanda ad altri che speculano su una spiaggia che è un bene naturale. --Spiaggia bella, spesso con tronchi per giocare con i propri animali, che invece vengono cacciate dalle spaiagge vicine nei periodi balneari da maggio a settembre. --Dovremmo prendere esempio dalla vicina Francia in cui gli animali sono amessi sulle spiagge, a parte qualche eccezzione. --Comunque la Spiaggia di capo Lena è un bel Luogo Naturale, con fauna avicola, Papere, a volte Cigni ed altra fauna.
