There is steam sauna, jacuzzi, Roman sauna(normal fin sauna) and with lower temperature 50-60 degrees. Service is very pleasant. There is also restaurant if needed. So highly recommended to visit Krásny wellnes so skvelou rodinnou atmosférou. Sauny su čisté, s veľmi príjemnou vôňou. Personál je fantastický. Bonusom je bistro, odporúčam domáci čaj, domácu kačaciu paštétu s hriankami a pohár dobre vychladeného prosecca. Absolvovali sme saunový rituál, bol to silný zážitok. We were told to relax and enjoy ourselves, but the attitude of the staff was very passively aggresive, unprofessional and the audacity of the situation really messed up our entire experience. Truth be told, the venue, especially the changing rooms are small for 3 people at once tops. The only redeeming quality is the view. Beautiful place with beautiful views of Presov, especially in the evening. The place is surrounded with pine trees which you can smell in the air. Usually one Finnish and one steam is in operation with jacuzzi and a pool with really cold water to cool down. Some of the facilities are indoors and some outdoors which makes it extra nice. The ceremonies at certain times is the extra cherry on the cake. The personel is always very pleasant and welcoming. It is my favourite wellness place in the wider Presov area. Super S prístupom, masážou aj priestormi sme boli veľmi spokojní. Personál nás príjemne privítal, ukázal celý areál a postup a príjemne odpovedal na všetky naše otázky. Pán masér je profesionál, mali sme zakúpenú čiastočnú masáž a ešte som lepšiu nemala. Vo všetkých priestoroch bolo čisto a voňavo z éterických olejov. Odporúčam zavolať do wellnesu a zajednať si rezerváciu v dostatočnom časovom predstihu. Práve tým, že Placodus funguje na rezervácie, ľudí bolo akurát, vždy se sa dostali do každej sauny kedy sme len chceli, cítili sme sa komfortne a určite sa sem budeme vracať. 👍 Very nice and friendly stuff Neviem ohodnotiť dané zariadenie, nakoľko nám nebolo umožnené využiť darčekovú poukážku, ktorú sme dostali. 4 x sme do prevádzky volali a 4 x nás odmietli a z dôvodu ich, zdôrazňujem ICH rekonštrukcie nám časový limit na uplatnenie vypršal. Môžu tam mať steny aj zo zlata, ale prístup je nanič. Snaha vyhovieť zákazníkom končí pri zaplatení poukazu. Po takejto skúsenosti ozaj nemám záujem…. A aj tá hviezdička v recenzii je len preto, že sa ináč nedalo K tomu nepríjemnému pocitu a zlej skúsenosti sa pripájam. Nie som spokojná s vybavením a obsluhou. Zaplatené mali a služby nedodali.
