Interesting and varied play area for children Nd great space for playing football, rounders etc. Recommend an evening there watching the sun go down. Gorgeous I beautiful place, sometimes local kids let it down by lighting silly fires where the children play. The local council is pretty good at rectifying any mess left by the local youths who, again, let the place down sometimes. Lovely spot and great car show This is a great park to visit. Our children loved the boat on the sand in the middle. The skatepark kept them amused for quite some time too. Highly recommend this park for all ages. Lovely space, which is well maintained, has shady areas, toilets, football pitch and cricket ground (complete with club house). There's skate ramps for older children, small dirt ramps for kids with bikes and a small play area. The play area is really the only place for negative review, it's dated and sparce, especially when compared to some other villages close by. Great place to hang out with mates, I go there all the time. Good carnivals as well. Very nice public park. Nice river as well. Though one night I was here and saw some people like 17 years olds under the pyramid and it looked like they were trying to set something on fire.
