Am urmat traseul albastru incepand din Padis, o coborare prin padure destul de abrupta pana la Poiana Ponorului, apoi o usoara urcare printr-o padure minunata, urmata de o coborare mai dificila pana la belvederea spre Cetatile Ponorului, coborarea pana jos la pestera destul de dificila dar o puteau parcurge si copii de 9 ani, in pestera nu am fost pentru ca nu gaseam o modalitate de coborare si era foarte alunecos, am urcat insa la Dolina 2 (din deschizatura mare in partea opusa de unde se coboara) de acolo intors inapoi si continuat mai departe spre Dolina 3 dupa care o urcare abrupta de cca 200m spre Belvedere, de aici spre poiana Glavoi e mers aproape lejer (gasiti in Glavoi de baut si mancare dar scump) catre Padis urmeaza o urcare dificila si obositoare. Am fost camd afara era soare si cald, pe vreme ploioasa nu recomand vizita. Sa aveti incaltaminte adecvata multa apa si energie. Nu am inalnit animale salbatice sau serpi.
