Not only at the top but going up and down you see the surrounding area. The fortress is only open on weekends and holidays and costs 2 euros to get in. Cool, but not as beautiful as Marostica or Castelfranco Great wiev over the Alps Asolo is a beautiful town. Walked up many steps to reach the castle and when we reached it this is what we found. Exhausting ascent, but after the much less gruelling descent we had a lovely lunch in the square. Well worth the visit.
