Good food in a very colorful environment What a great place! It’s an old ship with a ritch history (it was used during the 1890’s to by the imperial navy to travel to China and sank by the brits in WWII) that is now a bar and a cultural place for Wedel. Besides a great place for food and drinks with great atmosphere and very friendly stuff, there are multiple events such as theater and concerts. Cannot rate the place as the theater. It is a nice spot to start and finish your hiking. There is a free parking lot nearby. The food is more on the expensive side got the quality. Imagine: there is almost nothing for kids - no fries🫣. The closest thing to a child's menu is the cake. No card payment. Cool and original little venue. Also a big plus - they have Newcastle brown ale on tap. Hab einen ganz tollen Sonnenplatz am Bug, leckeren Matjes und gutes Fassbier genossen. Einfach, aber einfach richtig gut! So saß ich ich hier in absoluter Idylle bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Und danke noch, Hannes, für den Schlickteufel, als ich schon gehen wollte! Lecker! Ich komme nächstes Jahr ganz sicher wieder!
