Arrived Thursday evening before International football match to a packed bar and was rudely informed by a Erling Braut Haaland lookalike that we needed a seat to order anything - so table service only. After finding a seat were ignored by staff for 20 mins before asking how we order, to be rudely advised that they will come to us to take an order. Wait another 10 mins before Erling takes the order before barking at us that our table is reserved and we had to leave - no way of knowing this as nothing was on the table to inform this. Finished our drinks and left and didn't return again. We've been there today evening for 3 gim tonics with strawberry and a coke... It was the most horrible evening I've ever had. The waitress was the most annoying waitress in my whole life. We never got left in peace. Even though she saw our drinks ain't empty she always asked again and again if we want something. We got stressed the moment she went the stairs up. So like every 4 minutes... I am absolutely stressed out from this. It rly crashed my evening. I went there to have a drink in peace with my date but this was... absolutely horrible. Also the way she looked, stared, waited like you rly had to tell her that you don't want anything. No. Just no!
