Breakfast was good too The staff was weird, they told me off on arrival saying I was late , when check-in was till eight and I arrived half past seven, the style is strongly Slovak. They are trying to be nice though. The location is a bit misleading, looks to be in the downtown but it is on the edge... I was happy I wasn't alone, wouldn't have gone out late at night... Really good central location, literally in the old town part, within few minutes from the main old town street and close to plenty of restaurants and cafeterias. There is secured (closed for a night ) paid parking onsite (this was important for us), big and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful personnel, also good breakfast (variety of choices). Clean and huge rooms, we were given a whole apartment actually. Super friendly and nice staff! Lovely ladies, who have helped us with everything. Star down for parking charge, honestly I could have parked outside for free, no one have mentioned this. Not expensive, but it worth mentioning during the check in. And maybe the breakfast could have been better. Orange juice and eggs were huge disappointment. Everything else was OK. Everything perfect! Great, very friendly service and a wonderfull breakfast! The receptionists are kind, the room is perfect, the place is quiet. The breakfast is excellent ♥️ I don't recommend this hotel because of service. The receptionist does not explain all the parking rules. Be ready to pay a parking fine of 15 to 50 euros because of this. It will surely spoil your impression of your stay in Kosice.
