I went here years ago, so maybe secret rooms have appeared over time. A softplay for the kids However, Pud's hairbrained schemes have caused some unfortunate misnamings. But hey, only rooms could be more than just some Generic ones about the Internet! Nice area and party place for kids. The area is sorted according to children’s age and with plenty of space for to run around. The party rooms are big enough. had a lovely time! Best soft we've been to. Huge space, lots of seats, lots of different areas for different ages along with lots of games machines. Cafe had a big selection of food & drink. This is currently the best soft place for in Northern Ireland. It goes up to of an older age. It is a clean and welcoming large space that has a stage for entertainment, and they also have nice food. What could make it even better is if they opened another one in Belfast city centre but we can't always have it all. ❤️ Such a fantastic place for parties 🥳 my daughter had the best time, the was fantastic and helpful, I highly recommend booking parties here Fantastic customer service from all working on 13.10 at Happy Town. Edward and his friends really enjoyed his birthday party. We couldn’t find a better place and we’ve been in all. Food for parents and was perfect, the venue is exactly what we wanted and the program disco and nurse Nelly was amazing. It's great for to have a soft, happy demeanour. My wee daughter and friends have an amazing time. The challenge inconsistently, and often wear unmarked hoodies over their uniforms so you can’t actually tell that it’s a member of talking to your child. I just watched a member of ask a to get out of a ball pit stating that they are ‘too old’. They then watched by as an even older (who was quite rough and rowdy) dove in and out of it, endangering smaller children. Absolutely amazing wee place. My daughter had the best for her birthday. If you’re looking for somewhere affordable, relaxed and enjoyable to throw your child’s birthday I recommend it over and over. Such attentive and lovely staff. Loads of room - and what’s best about it that it’s not crammed because of the size of the building and the size of party rooms. AMAZING. Thank you so much Happy Town we will be back very very soon ❤️ 100/10 If i could give zero stars i would Terrible experience today ...not been in years as my own grown up now so took my granddaughter today and firstly couldnt get parked anywhere nearer than Londonderry park Long wait to access even tho booked 2 ppl standing doing job of 1 person Lot of ferral doing whatever they want parents nowhere to be seen/ not trying to stop their rowdy behaviour Queued for food at lunchtime (12.50) told no orders being taken as too busy ..told to come back in 20mins ..so i asked " do i queue again?" No advice offered Asked for Manager who was a bit stressed clearly... not helpful at all and actually a bit rude ...advised to wait 15 mins then order would be taken.. Shes got 15 on its too busy blah blah i advised she needs a sign up so ppl are aware and she asked me to tell her where to put it 🤬 The temptation to tell her was too much so i gave up and walked away ...0 points for customer service We waited 25 mins stood in queue again to be told its another 3 mins 🤔 Ended up leaving early as 3 year old starving ( imagine at lunchtime🙄) Will never be back ... Very poor My suggestions👇 Take on more experienced average age about 16 👀 Get an additional chef in during busy times ( halloween hols being one of these i imagine) Take orders and advise may be a wait rather thsn just not takung orders and making ppl queue two or three times for nothing Let less ppl in ..as its pure greed especially when clearly cant cope Train manager to manage and send her on a customer service course as she has clearly a lot to learn I have been a loyal customer for over three years now but I will no longer be back after today. I was told off four separate times by the same lady for taking my down the slide, playing in the ball pit with said child, feeding a pouch to my ten month old which apparently falls under their "no picnic policy" and the fourth was for eating a sweet that contained peanut butter. The fourth I can accept but the others are a total joke. What harm can playing in a ball pit with your kid do? I have spent a fortune in here over the past few years from the entrance fee to the coffees and ice creams to the arcade machines. To be treated with such contempt is like a slap in the face. I will make a point of taking my business elsewhere in future and will also be informing anyone who cares to listen to take their elsewhere. I was humiliated at Happy Town I had occasion to visit recently with my two grandchildren . I ordered food at 1 pm and by 2 pm still no food arrived . I was aware it was Halloween break but an hour waiting with hungry seemed rediculous . I spoke to who asked me for my receipt ( I wasn’t given one) I was then asked could I contact my card company ( I’ve never had to do this before , so haven’t a clue how to) they eventually discovered that my food had gone to the wrong table and said sorry . On leaving the zone I was called to the food service area ( I’m now thinking ‘ oh someone is going to tell me how sorry they are this happened and perhaps offer me a voucher for food next time) but no!! In front of other I was subjected to a lecture on how my 4 yo grandson was too close to the exit area gate and if he had ran past someone exiting it wasn’t the responsibility to run after if they run into the road ! She asked ‘ are you the grandmother’ I said I was and she said he’s ur responsibility then!! I was mortified as other were there and stopped to listen . My grandson was at the gate for a few minutes having said goodbye to his little friend before we ourselves left . I am a grandmother not a 10 yo and as such I can take advice not a lecture and certainly not in front of others earshot . I am a constant visitor but I won’t be back again Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
