Excellent place with good staff and a really nice buffet. Course in shape, well maintained. Fantastic location, staff. Beautiful course with a team running it! Course was in excellent condition - felt the use of matts was a bit excessive - understandable on the fairways but rough and second cut as well is a bit excessive. Can understand following the bad rain and weather. Course was in condition with some lovely greens - bunkers were and in top condition. Greens ran well and were a good challenge. Definitely target golf and despite the short distances in terms of length of holes - still a good challenge. Can't find any faults with this very comfortable and well laid out facility. Staff friendly, free WiFi, access easy with lots of parking spaces. Food was and served quickly and efficiently without distractions. Lots of beautiful views and well maintained greens. I'd like to return when I've more time. When I called Dunmurry pro shop I was informed that there is no 9 hole play. As golf season is ending it would be to offer 9 or 12 hole play in the afternoon, like after 1pm since there is plenty of tee time available. In winter time especially 18 hole play is hard and too long. So 12 hole competition and tee time offer in the afternoon would get the club more income, I think. Played the course a part of a team event on 31 August. Wonderful experience. weather and scenically very beautiful. Course which is tricky and interesting was in very good condition as were the greens. We had dinner afterwards and this too was excellent. Staff very friendly, humorous and professional. Highly recommended. Lovely well kept course and nice friendly members. Closed in winter more and more due to weather. Management leaves a lot to be desired and only interest is financial. Food is nice but tender always changing hands and not known from one week to the next if it will be open with full service.
