The golf course is laid out in an old park landscape. Great treasure, many small hills. I was happy to complete the course for the first time with a car. Fantastic course, great clubhouse, friendly staff, stunning views. The in the shop and the manager could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The course is a gem and one of the nicest we have played in NI. There is also a lively buzz in the bar. Will be back. Played while on vacation a week ago, first time playing in Ireland. The course was amazing and the was so friendly, especially Andy at the pro shop who helped us with everything we needed. Then a delicious lunch and a pint at the restaurant.If you are in the area, I would highly recommend playing at Malone Golf Club! Blessed to have been able to book 9 holes on a short port day in Belfast. was super helpful and went out of their way to help us reserve a tee time, carts, wives as riders with the 3 husbands playing, and rental clubs. The course was beautiful and so was the clubhouse. We finished a little before lunch was beginning, but the invited us in anyway and took our orders. They also called a taxi for us to be taken back to port in time for the ship to leave. Just wish we had a longer port day so we could have enjoyed another 9 holes. Highly recommend! I played here today, and the whole experience was outstanding. The course condition was excellent All the are so polite and helpful we had a problem arriving late for our tee time and they managed to contact some members and push us back an hour to accommodate us After 9 holes, one of us who who had a medical problem needed a buggy, and the starter let him use his as there were none left available Can't thank all the enough.
