I brought my two cats here for a 4 week stay. The staff cared for my cats and sent me update photos and messages. I will be bringing my cats here for my next holiday. Great spot for my wee dog to put her paws up and get some much needed R&R. Definitely recommend My Cat has been staying here when I'm away. She loves it. Comes home really content and happy :) Simply fab. Great friendly staff and furbies love to visit whilst we go on our holidays. Good pricing. Deals for shared kennels if you've 2 dogs. Shampooing also available, dog came back smelling super fresh. Take your own food if you need to, but food also provided in the pricing. We left our Labradoodle at Cranmore for the first time. We are so pleased to have found Cranmore, all of the staff were so lovely and couldn't have been any more helpful. You can tell they truly love their animals. Teddy looked wonderful when we collected him and he smelt amazing, as they had washed him, even though we didn't pay for a wash. Great value on their pricing, but you get 5 star treatment! Thanks we will definitely be using again. I absolutely love sending our 2 dogs to kennels here. Past 7 years and never any issues at all. Staff so helpful friendly and location and facilities are brillant. We picked up our dogs today after 7 days away and found them visibly much thinner and very withdrawn. When we took them home they drank loads of water and ate lots of food. They have no energy at all and have spent the day sleeping. I am so upset with their physical condition and change in behaviour. Our boys will never be staying at Cranmore ever again. Bobby and Joey have stayed at a different pet hotel before and were fine when we picked them up (unfortunately this one was unavailable to book at the time). Always use Cranmore whenever we go away or in need of a trim and my dog Barney cannot love it more! The staff are always lovely and friendly and remember everything there is about your pets! Always comes home content and looking and smelling amazing too. When we are dropping him off he is pulling me towards the door as he can’t wait to see them again. Thank you Cranmore for always looking after our pup and we’ll be back each time!!
