Top Great place to stop along the German Wine Road (Deutsche Weinstraße). My wife and I were out exploring the Deutsche Weinstraße, and happen upon this wonderful friendly place. Preis - Leistung o.k., ... Wohlfühlfaktor ist sehr hoch ... zum Wohl, die Pfalz. Nice place to try out wine and seat outside. There are many tables outside and a couple inside. If the weather is nice, lots of people will seat outside which makes it a bit dificult to find a table. But it is not impossible! Not sure if reservations are possible. There are a couple if options for a meal, such as Flammkuchen and burguers. Both are quite good! There is a big parking place near by on the dirt. The atmosphere is nice but most probably it will be crowded. Wir sind auf dem Rückweg von der Rietburg hier vorbeigefahren und haben spontan angehalten, da wir schon öfter gehört haben, dass es hier sehr gemütlich sein soll. An einem Sonntag war natürlich viel los, aber trotzdem haben wir schnell unsere Getränke bekommen. Plätze muss man etwas suchen – wir haben schließlich auf der Mauer an der Straße gesessen, was aber sehr gemütlich war. Besonders schön: der Kinderspielplatz gleich in der Nähe und die angenehmen Preise. Gerne wieder! Tolle Weine, schöne Location in der warmen Jahreszeit und das Essen kann sich auch sehen lassen. Getränke sind an der Theke erhältlich, daher bloß 3 Sterne 🌟 beim Service. Place is great! Casual atmosphere, great food and wine. Good places. Only bad thing is that they aren't open more often.
