They work remotelly on luck and if you want to wash off chlorine in rush, you can forget it because you will just waste minutes waving in front of sensors . . . But hey, they save water. Naštastie sa plaváreň rekonstruje. 50m and 25m pool, during summer time you can enjoy area outside too. On the east of Slovakia you can't find better than here. Two pools, 50m & 25 m. Ticket prices are ok, refurbished changing area, the needs to be repaired and upgraded. During the winter this is basically the only viable option for swimming. I used to swim for the county of Hertfordshire in the UK and so have swam in lots of different pools - this one is above average. The is fairly empty, quite often I have a lane to myself. Staff could do with smiling every now and then and the life guards are often on their phones not monitoring the pool. I completed my national life guarding qualification in the UK, and if I was seen on my phone whilst on poolside I wouldn't have a job! Two pools (various in size), clean and tidy lock-rooms and change-over space, just enough showers, not too overcrowded, especially in the late night hours. Warm recommendation!! Prices are pretty low, with student and senior discounts. Partly renovated, reasonably big. There is no free or validated parking although you can use nearby McDonald's or Aupark shopping centre. It's a kind of mess because people is without order, althoutg the installations are quite nice The only indoor wimming in Košice. Its good but too offen its crowdy and you dont have a place to swimm. Also after training of and polo teams, the water smells (try to guess why...). Also in the winter the changing rooms are cold. Celkom fajn, až na ukradnuté dioptrické okuliare. Nespokojnosť, dnes sme navštívili krytú plaváreň 2x, bohužiaľ sme stihli byť okradnutí, skrinky nefunkčné, žiadne kamerové záznamy. Človek nemôže ísť na toalety, aby mu niečo nezmizlo. Už budeme uvažovať o plavárni v inom meste.
