They have tours during the weekend for big or small groups. For solo travellers or couples during the week there's no chance to visit, only for groups. The ticket is 25 Euros per person. They must improove the tourist atention with timetables of the tours. Anyway you can walk in the area. Clearly a very interesting place, important for our industrial history Very friendly staff, so much excitement. While our experience was made special by a random repair of a 101, I still recommend stopping in here to discuss the significance of the UNESCO site. Wonderful piece of human achievement. Blending socio and economic environment. Such a shame the unique homes are not valued and loved by everyone . Well worth a visit, very interesting site. Call them in advance to know availability for tours. Totally worth it! Our took about 3 hours but we really enjoyed it Great place, it provides all the informations regarding Ivrea WHS. The guide was excellent in interpreting the values and atribute of Olivetti's legacy. Not to be missed! Beautiful visitor center! Highly recommended if you want to learn everything about Ivrea as the "Industrial City of the 20th Century". If you don't have a lot of time on your hands, you can opt to just visit the center and walk around on your own. They offer short documentaries, several Olivetti machines models on display, pictures from the past and present with presentations and a beautiful scale model of the site that shows in details how the area was thoroughly conceived, designed and built. The giftshop is well stocked with books, mostly in Italian, some Olivetti-logo gifts, postcards and prints. For a longer, tour, I suggest you contact them in advance. They offer tours also in English. I will certainly be back for a tour! kind of boring A great place and the provided an excellent overview of the architecture and industrial developments as well as the ideological background. The guide was very knowledgeable and went well beyond the call of duty in adapting the to my interests and questions. Highly recommended!
