Its recipe made in the same town (invented around the end of the 19th century) is still kept hidden even today ). The is very simple, 2 layers and a special cocoa cream in the middle which is very light, not very sweet, flavorful, so freaking delicious. We will be back soon to taste it again. It's so good, we tried coming back the next day but they close some time in the middle of the day. So rich and delicious, this torta is unheard of in America and even difficult to find in other parts of Italy so better just indulge.
