My niece (12 yo) and I had an awesome playing two of their rooms. The shipwreck is awesome with well thought out and despite us being stuck on the first puzzle "Look there" "Did you look there?" "LOOK THERE". After that we did okay! 😅 The pirate was so impressive and one of the best we have done. Brilliant props and setup. [!Disclaimer] Usually we have more players and wouldn't have needed as many clues. I was genuinely so happy when that Dad (Escapement's Dad, wearing very official outfit), who was measuring up outside for the refit when we visited, wished us good luck for our attempts! This was one of the best I have been, if not the best of its kind. The decoration and the props were very convincing and it had the right amount of light to balance between atmosphere while making it easy to see. Absolutely fantastic that stand out. Our group booked two rooms, hosted by Tom and Matt respectively, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The were highly interactive and non traditional which kept us on our feet at all times. The construction of the is excellent and the immersion is on point, to the extent that for our Egyptian escapade we were greeted by Tom in full victorian explorer gear and for our nautical adventure, Matt in a pirate outfit flintlock and all. I appreciate that both kept in character at all times. Thoroughly worth a visit if in the area. From the moment we stepped into the Pirates of Polaris, it felt like we were transported straight into the heart of a swashbuckling pirate saga. The attention to detail was absolutely breathtaking—every inch of the was dripping with nautical charm and pirate lore. Ashley made our brilliant from beginning to end, welcoming us and making us feel at ease, answering all questions. We will definitely be back! Fantastic from start to finish. The atmosphere was immersive and carefully crafted, from the lighting to the intricate set design, every detail was spot-on and added to the sense of mystery and adventure. But what truly set this apart was the staff. Ashley and Matt were absolutely phenomenal. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and they clearly love what they do. They struck the perfect balance of being helpful without giving too much away, and their deep knowledge of the and mechanics made the smooth and so much more enjoyable. You can tell they put a lot of care into making sure every guest has a time. The themselves were clever, challenging, and satisfying to solve. Everything flowed logically. If you're even thinking about trying this room, do it! Whether you're a seasoned artist or a total newbie, you'll have a blast. And if you're lucky enough to have Ashley or Matt running your session, you're in for an unforgettable experience. Having now done the 3 here I can say it's one of the best series of I've ever done. The staff are and really get into character and make the imersive. The are wide ranging and challenging but solvable (with a little nudge sometimes) definatly visit if you get the chance. This was my fifth game with them playing Pirates of Polaris today and whilst I found it a little easier than their other just as exciting and immersive as ever.
