Artisanal heaven! Exceptionally good but pricey. Very friendly and more importantly Fanta Good collection and fresh chocolate. Good location. Big store give you room to move around and shop. Huge selection, including Ramadan selections! Spacious store with friendly and efficient staff. We are spoilt for choice in Switzerland with artisanal makers. Laderarch started in tiny Glarus and expanded until eventually buying out Merkur in 2004 which gave it access to well placed shops all over Switzerland where people could taste their creations. Laderach has innovated greatly in the space over the last 40 years. Those long rows of in trays are so a customer can choose just how much they want to buy of ultra fresh chocolates. A Laderarch family member was recently awarded the title of best chocolatier in the world. So Laderarch are a treat and make a good gift. But be sure to taste the chocolates, as some are better than others. Ahhh the scent of good chocolate... ahh the taste of good chocolate... this store has THE best that you have tasted! The combinations are good but the smooth milky goodness , OMG!!! Definitely worth the time to stop in and visit. They even let you sample it before you overindulge yourself and buy up more than you imagined you could eat. Lol this stuff is the best!! Overpriced average Tasty chocolate, broad variance (alcohol and non-alcohol), superb service! Anw, We left a bag of in their store accidentally, and when we return the next day, they still have it 👌 and when we're gonna buy a pralines as a thank you, they said "its on the house!" This is definitely my favorite brand in Europe. I had no problems Until this branch. 2 stars because of their discriminatory both by the branch and also, head office. So far I have visited and bought from Zurich, Paris, Basel and other Geneva branches and they always offer samples. But this branch didn’t offer any sample and I was ok with it. But then, French-speaking-customers come after me and they were generously offered the samples that I was not offered to. Then I also asked a bit of a as I was considering buying that one as well. But he gave me smallest piece, almost finger nail sized and I was surprised by this and left a bit offended. I also connected head office for the tastings. I tried to book appointment online but I had several problems with the system and I couldn’t solve them. So I reached out to them via email. There has been a bit delay but she tried to help me book it via email. She asked me if I speak French which I don’t. Then replied like attached. Why I was the excluded one but the French speaking customer wasn’t? I was dumbfounded to respond. So I am feeling like, because of the both incidents, some discriminations are being made. I will be in Zurich again but now I see that now tasting appointments are only offered to group of 10 people so an opportunity was missed just like this, unfairly. Rather small shop at the train station, which is not especially exiting from the experience perspective but convenient, if you already know the brand, know what you need, and is there to simply grab your Läderach box and go. First impression, not sure if I was overcharged (First time in Geneva). But price tag in front of product stated 8.90 chf but was charged 12 chf, which I mentioned and was told 8.90 was for the smaller pack (which wasn’t on display) but I didn’t bother to fight it. was nice but maybe, ensure pricing is displayed correctly :) Karen was incredibly kind and sweet to us .. truly one of the nicest people we’ve met Malgré l’affluence, accueil sympathique, dynamique et très professionnel ! Un jeune trio qui ajoute à l’expérience gustative et visuelle ! I was at the metro outlet on 1 Jun 2025 afternoon. A young lady staff there was rude and appeared aloof and cold just because I am an asian and could not understand her language. Beware of her bad service! The dopamine rush I got from biting into this was phenomenal! I had my fill of over the years, from all over the world, but this one is hands down the best I’ve ever had! Unbelievable taste and freshness.. I recommend this wholeheartedly! Also, if you want to take as gifts, this is impressive and definitely the way to go! I went just when they opened the shop, and the staff was helpful, kind and professional. Super personnel, Merci pour vos conseils!
