The is good, but I was disappointed that they didn't offer of the FrischSchoggi. When I asked, the staff seemed confused, but I realized they didn't speak English. Unfortunately, I couldn't convey my love for logs, and even though we bought some chocolates, it just won't be the same. It’s my last night here. So long! I am completely addicted to this shop! They are everywhere so initially I was doubting their quality but once I tried it, I realized I was very wrong. It is sooooo delicious! A must try is their fresh chocolate. They have giant chocolates that they cut for you (check out the photos). They usually have seasonal flavors. Their pralines are also very good. They have beautiful packages in many shapes and prices that make wonderful gifts or souvenirs from Switzerland. Well known Swiss shop, great variety of all kind of chocolate😍 Best taste in the world. A must buy from Geneve before flying home. So many greats choices about chocolates combinations and a that make you come back Super boutique, super service! The also has the dark for my son who is allergic to milk too! And he likes the taste very much. (I tried another across the street before and it was not as good as this one. 😉) I love their chocolate, I was greeted warmly by Laurent when I walked in and I told him it was my first time at Läderach, he gave me a tour and showed me around the store. What a nice gentleman! and what a great customer service! This was around Christmas 2022. I have purchased small pieces from almost all their FrischSchoggi to try them! My favorite one was Caramel Salé Milk-Dark. Coconut Milk is my second favorite Nut-Trio Milk-Dark is my 3rd favorite Since then I’ve become a regular to Läderach and my recent purchase was at their branch in Riyadh KSA. Beat in Swiss. So many options. Pricey but worth every penny This is heaven for lovers! The minute you walk through the door you can smell all the different flavors of chocolate! My personal favorite are the different flavors of FrischSchoggi, which are the beautiful slabs of (like you see in my picture). They have milk, dark and white chocolates and some have fruits or nuts or caramel and more. Lots of varieties! You can definitely taste a small piece before purchasing. You can buy an entire slab or they can break it for you and weigh it. These slabs are sold by weight, so keep that in mind as your eyes get big, lol! The staff was kind and welcoming, offering and helping with patience. The was good, but the from an old lady was a bad experience. They all greeted us and we greeted them. We were looking around and planning to buy some chocolates that we haven’t tried for a while. Of course we would take our time and decide which ones we wanted. My mom said “hello, do you have any free samples?” The old lady kept saying “hi…hi…hi” as if she was mocking us or something?? (i know she would know who made this review cause we just bought it today July 25 @ 16:00) We thought she didn’t hear us, soo my mom still asked if they have free samples. Then we figured to say hi again to her, but that was still disrespectful. After she gave us some free samples, she didn’t acknowledge us anymore. We were about to leave because we couldn’t decide if we’re going to buy or not because of her. Then this nice lady came up to us with a smile gave us another free samples. She assisted us very nicely like actually took care of us. SHE WAS THE REASON WE DECIDED TO BUY SOME CHOCOLATES🍫🍫🍫:) Just a heads up as a person who also works in customer “GOOD BRINGS MORE CUSTOMERS”✋✨ On 12 of July last year 2023 I bought a box of 580 CHF, the sale person “JTanzi” charged me 2 times. Even I informed him that the amount was debited from my Credit Card . Moreover, informed him that there is an authorization code that means it’s paid. They acknowledged the matter , but, despite many times of reminders they kept delaying till the time I had to leave Geneva. I tried through the Credit Card , they didn’t accept. I do have many reasons to believe that they did it on purpose. Watch out the double charging, it’s common during summer but Laderach claims to be of a different level.
