One of the few places where wait is worth waiting for due to the view of beautiful lake Geneva and Geneva fountain. Night view is equally beautiful with colourful reflections of buildings in the lake. We met Mike, who was an extra ordinary customer oriented person. Very helpful. The person who helped me today was really helpful. Told me all I wanted to know even a bit more, but not too much. He was friendly and polite. Later on we bumped into each other and we had a little chat. This is the way to go for a tourist center!!! It is located inside Cornavin Station, is an excellent starting point for any visit to the city. The staff are not only professional but genuinely welcoming. One of the highlights is the Geneva Pass, which offers great value, including access to museums, boat rides, and walking tours. It’s a fantastic way to explore the city affordably, especially if you're short on time. Other passes like the Choco Pass also add a unique and delicious twist to your visit. If you’re under 25 and planning to explore beyond Geneva, the Swiss Travel Pass Youth is a fantastic deal. It gives you unlimited access to trains, buses, and boats throughout Switzerland, covering scenic routes, mountain excursions, and over 500 museums. The office itself is clean and well-organized, with useful brochures, free Wi-Fi. Very Came here for the Chocolate pass, Tiffany was very and amazing. Great customer service. The lady was very lovely and funny. We bought the chocolate tour and 24 hour pass. Both completely worth it !! Such great value for money. The walking tour was also a highlight (just as she recommended !) She challenged us that we could not eat all the chocolate received from the chocolate tour..she was right...(but it only took me two days... Although my partner is only a quarter of the way through his stash).. Florian was extraordinarily and knowledgeable. He made my stay in Geneva so much more relaxing and fulfilling. Thank you! Aziza was very kind and helpful, we got to know many amazing spots in Geneva that we would not have heard about without her! Many thanks 😊 I did the choco pass for 30 chf. The walk between all 8 shops took about an hour. Each shop had friendly staff, and I received so many delicious chocolates. These are the 2 entrance to thé Tourisme Office. No big signs, just a discreet Glas door next Top thé exit Cornevin in Front of MIGROS. The other One it is next to the same exit door, in front of the taxi stand. The Service ist nice, when you find them... Very nice and staff. If you’re visiting for the first time, start from here. I recommend getting the city pass as well as the chocolate pass. Darauf muss man erst mal kommen. Am hilfreichsten war eine nette Reinigerin, die mir die Glastür gezeigt hat. The previous location was not great - downstairs where not many people go - but the new location is even worse. It's difficult to find in the train station , one needs go 2 floors up to an office looking entrance. One must really want to find it but it should in a location where tourists stream by.. we found it after 15 min only to find out it is closed. Yes it is a public holiday but that's when their services are actually in demand - outside working days/hours The office opens are 915am and closes at 1745. When we visited the old place I found some useful Geneva guides with what's on schedules etc in one place and the staff was helpful. It then took ages to find having asked around at the station. It’s in a dreadful location at Gare de Genève front entrance see photo Yuri and Alex are AMAZING. Give them a raise, very knowledgeable very friendly very helpful.
