Sadly an embrassement and shame for Geneva... Extremely basic. F&B offering without creativity or any consideration for the program and artists, for some 500+ SFr a seat, one gets assigned a seat way off the stage, everyone sits on very uncomfortable plastic chairs, not turned towards the - hence forced to look sideways - and for a performance of Domingo, Bocelli, Grigoryan and Kachateyan, the choice of sound system comes close to insult. A little upmarket bar / snack offering would make the world of difference. Sense of Arrival at the venue had the flair of arriving at a construction site and the air inside the venue was stale. Concert and performers were amazing. I find the location quite ok and organise fine . The sound is not great but the view on the is amazing. Entrance and exit process are done fine. What I did not like is when you have to wait for a beer during a long (30mn) with only two waiters for 100 waiting. Not great and actually a bit outrageous Arena has always been a source of inspiration for me since that was where I saw in a live for the first like the legendary Ron Kenoly, Darlene Zsech, Michael W Smith, HillSong concerts and today I am going to see The great Cece Winans Saw Christopher Cross and TOTO in concert. Wonderful was had. The only downside with the Arena is no screens to see the stage, so it is a bit of a struggle to see the artists on stage. Parking isn't so clearly laid out for the Arena - it's also a little smaller than other Arenas I have been to - it's a shame the shows are not advertised so much! I've seen more about Palexpo dogs than things that are actually interesting 🤔 I've seen les miserables 3 times in London but this is the first I've seen it on an arena stage. Absolutely outstanding 👏 I attended the Plácido Domingo and Andrea Bocelli at Genève Arena, and sadly the experience was disappointing. The ventilation was extremely poor — the air was heavy and hot, and the smell of food made it worse. My partner had to leave early because she felt unwell. The sound system was not suited for opera, and the overall organization was chaotic, with arriving late and disturbing the performance. A venue of this scale should do much better. Chouette organisation Very, very easy to enter I attended the Ferre Gola here on 15th June & pictures don’t do it justice I was very hesitant to buy tickets as the remaining tickets looked so far away however i was pleased when I got there! It was my first in Switzerland and I was certainly shocked by the lack of security in and around the arena, I guess the country itself is not known for any violence so maybe that’s the reasoning. Overall great venue to host, will be back for sure! Danyboon est toujours en pleine forme et très drôle. Grâce à des amis d'enfance de ce dernier, j'ai aussi réussi, faute de l'avoir vu "en vrai" à me faire dédicacer un album de son film mythique. J'avais déjà une photo avec lui, l'ayant croisé à la dernière du dernier spectacle de Pierre Richard au Théâtre de l'Atelier. D'ailleurs pour mon autographe de Mr Richard, je lui doit une belle chandelle. Good line-ups, mediocre sound mix and one of the worst organizations in Europe (especially considering the small size) with the same waiting times of venues 6 to 8 times bigger. And Geneva Arena really wasn’t the best place to hold this event. I came to enjoy breathtaking masterpieces, but organization was poor. Seats almost at the entrance(despite the price). Curtains were all the open, that let the light from the hall leak inside. People were non-stop coming in-n-out and staff hadn’t organized a good way-through. And a hall was filled with the smoke and smell of kebab - sure not what you expect, coming to this kind of event. On est allez pour Gladiator in concert. Le était super, la location pas. 150 balles pour un siège où on se sent comme dans un transport de vache. C’était impossible de passer les gens sans le faire se lever. Pour un assis la location n’est pas recommendable. Inadmissible de voir tout les parkings de l’arena fermer lors du ce soir de David Hallyday et nous faire garer au p+r 47 ,en arrivant on a payé 10 francs suisses ,pas de navette 25 minutes de marche,honteux inadmissible,vous profitez des gens 😡😡😡😡 I waited almout two hours in total at the wardrobe and missed half of the show, although I arrived in time. You really should get more to help out with stuff like that on the big shows. And even more importantly, you should make sure that there's a structured queue. It really ain't no surprise that gotta wait that long, if it is tolerated, that keep jumping the line. J'ai adoré le spectacle d'Avatar par contre les personne qui distribu les boissons et le snacks faut que ma fille a 5 ans cest vraiment nul! Gepafce quon a Genève et que est une ville internationale on met le spectacle en anglais ! Nous somes a Genève eonc on parme français et serieux langlais peu a le ce faire fack on vraiment été mauvais moi qui suit dans la restauration je suis beaucoup plus rapide pour que mes clients soit satisfait ! En effet j'ai demandé à avoir un hot dog qui étaiet en plus fois et qui en plus était dégueulasse, très lent et qu'il me serve au moment où le spectacle recommence du coup je n'ai même pas vue le début de spectacle après l'entracte ! Le service est à revoir sérieusement !
