My husband and son went for a private scuba session this morning with Yiannis! What a great time they had. It was a great and the whole was good fun, got to see a Sea Snake and schools of fish. Yiannis is brilliant, very knowledgeable, patient and fun! Yiannis makes you feel very much at ease and is happy to tell you anything about scuba and Crete! My wife and I tried our first Scuba with Yiannis and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. We are not good swimmers, and I was quite anxious but Yiannis was always there with us, very patient about our progress, and made us feel quite safe. If you are able to book this experience, I would 100% recommend to go for it without a second thought. We did the beginner (1 dive) with Yiannis and had a great time! After the dive, we realized that we had left behind a few special keepsakes we had collected from the sea. To our amazement, Yianis went out of his way to drive all the way back to the city just to return them to us. He told us he understood their value, and in that moment, we were left speechless. That act of kindness showed us that Yianis isn’t just an incredible instructor but also a truly wonderful person. Kris was a great teacher, I enjoyed every moment, in and out of the water. Also, the communication of information with Yiannis was fast and fluid, he put us all at ease. Yiannis and Stella were amazing, could not of asked for a better pair to train us. They made us feel calm and confident. Yiannis stayed with my and my husband as we both were very unsure once we got into the water. He spent plenty of time making us both feel calm and checked on us constantly throughout the dive! We felt completely safe with them both and settled into very quickly. The photos are amazing and we love them.
