You get a VIP for free if you fly with SKY airline and have a check in baggage. The is basic, but definitely better than the public area. Free food, small sandwich, beer, coffee, cheap wine and more. Quiet area with comfy seats. I believe its 50€ to get the VIP access, which can be worth it if you need to stay for hours on head at the airport. Ridiculously hard to find the though, I had to ask someone. No washroom in the lounge. Sadly most negative reviews were accurate. Biggest turn-off was restroom situation. None available on-site. The closest one outside was undesirable. There were alcoholic drinks and beverages with some finger food. Choices minimal. Two good things about this lounge. 1. Airport had no air conditioning except here. 2. Anna was friendly and helpful from begining to end. She actually stopped us from leaving too early when knowing our was delayed. More time to enjoy ac. 2 stars for the above. Omg 😱 after the terrible airport experience we were hoping for some relief inside the lounge. People were waiting for hours outside to get in. By the time we came to the entrance people came kept coming out but no one was allowed to get in. I was asking for the reason and the lady said it is reserved?! Are you freaking kidding me?! The six of us forced access and all people in front of the door came along. With all of a sudden +20 People entering the was still not half way full. What’s up with the staffing? Don’t you guys understand your job and the purpose of the lounge? Who pays your salary? Lounge was so poor but at least had the AC running and some cold beverages available. Like the entire airport an absolute Desaster. Got in on priority pass. Not the greatest ever, but its perfectly fine. Fingerfood, wine and softdrinks. Sandwiche pretty tasty. Compared to the mess that is the terminal a welcome place to wait for your flight. VERY HARD TO FIND. Airport signs are misleading and confusing. We were looking for at least 20 minutes for this lounge. The only place that is has AC at the whole airport. Sandwiches is packed in a plastic?! Why Coffee, juices and soft drinks are very good. Very small and no bathroom. Doctors waiting room with a few fridges & a coffee machine. It is what it is for a small local airport an fine by me for an hr or so while waiting to board away from the insanely busy main floor! Dont expect a seat or any fine dining, but the were friendly. Shame out this 1990s jazz cd on repeat though.... I was nervous because of the negative reviews, but it worked out well for me and my family, who didn't have to pay. Maybe it was because there was only one couple present, but we were very comfortable. It's not the best by any means, but it was good compared to waiting by the gates. The food was all packaged sandwiches, which were ok. There were some choices of drinks as well. There was no bathroom in the itself which is a drawback of course. Cleanliness was good. The was very attentive, and kept us updated on the status of our and when to leave. Overall, I'm not sure I'd advise anyone to pay for it but I'm quite happy to have used it as a part of my package. The lady at the check in counter clearly had a rough day, or if I should believe the other comments, a rough year whereby every sign of customer went overboard. After allowing us in the we were asked to only sit at a bar table and not at regular tables, as they needed them for Sky expres members and not priority members. Further, the foods is a total miss, outdated interior and a lot of noises. Not a place to catch op some mails and relax before taking your flight. As Priority Pass owner we normally have entrance to the and have also asked by email for reservation (no telephone number available). No response! When we arrived the unfriendly informed us that they are fully booked but the rooms have been completely empty. The reason: no additional fee no entrance They clearly informed us that they only want to have costumers who pay for them for the 🤬 I will adress a complain to AMEX and Priority Pass Very poorly managed where the prioritize paying members over Key/Dragon Pass/Priority pass. The lady at the counter said they is full and cant take any more guests even tho ai was relatively empty with lots of tables free and few had *reserved* marked on them. The family after me paid cash to access and they were allowed in. I’m frequent traveler and this is worst I saw in years. They told me the are fully booked but there is no information when place would be available. Apparently it is not complex to calculate taking into account they know information and there is max time of 3h. We visited this on 1 September at Heraklion Airport (domestic departures in the Schengen zone) with our child, and it was the worst experience I have ever had. The food selection was extremely poor – only four types of pre-packed cold sandwiches and two types of bread rolls, nothing else. When I took a photo to leave an honest review, a member rushed over and threatened to call the police. My child got scared, cried loudly, and was very distressed, but instead of calming the situation, another member also came and repeated the same threat, saying they would call the police if we didn’t delete the photo. I explained that I only wanted to leave an honest review, but they kept pressuring and threatening us while my child was crying. In the end, we had no choice but to leave, as such behavior is completely unacceptable. We are outraged by such a low level of service, and if we had had more time, we would have waited for the police to arrive and filed a formal complaint against the who threatened us. In conclusion, do not use this lounge. This will scam you and cause you financial loss. I used this with my Priority Pass card, and she scanned my Priority Pass for both my ticket and my wife's ticket. I found it odd and immediately informed them that both my wife and I have our own Priority Pass cards and would be use separately. She acknowledged this and proceeded to approve my wife’s Priority Pass as well. As a result, the cost for two people was charged to my Priority Pass card, and my wife was also charged for one person on her card. I believe the at the reception desk were fully aware of this situation. However, I strongly suspect they chose to gloss over it because canceling the charges would have been too much trouble for them. You need to be extremely cautious when using this lounge. Moreover, the facilities and food are terrible. Negative reviews are totally right about this place. They reject you from entering on no grounds, saying the is full, even though it was clearly empty, and letting other people after us, justifying that they had some sort of business card, which sounds just as made up as the capacity.
