Minori Beach

Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Nice sea in the midst of mountains. This is no beach, mostly boulders and no sand. But very calm and refreshing in the morning and evening. We enjoyed it very much as the number of people is much less compared to amalfi. Worth it. The Front has a lovely jetty area- many boating activities originate here. Public parking at a premium with quaint coffee shops and little curio stalls selling all local memorabilia. Sita buses make the area accessible. Swimming area offers deck chair / umbrella rentals. Very dark sea sand. Capri day tour pickup point too. It's a nice to visit, water is clean but a bit crowded. You can have a walk around the city, visit the Chapel, have a coffee or enjoy the Market. There are buses going from Amalfi to Minori, and ferries too. You can also hike and go to Maiori. You can go to Maiori from Minori also by ferry or bus. It's worth a visit. Good wide compared to Amalfi, with many reasonably priced umbrellas and sunbeds. Unfortunately, the buoys were too close and we didn't have enough space to swim. There were many boats and quite often you can smell the exhaust gases. Also, despite the water being clean and you could see the bottom easily, there were a lot of light and dark particles of something (maybe algae or debris) floating mainly in the upper layers. Nice place with a clean mostly sandy beach. Friendly place and suitable for kids. In full season we could find umbrelas to rent. Totally recommended if you want a quiet beach. There are Close by a lot of restaurants and you can also Drink a Coffee or eat in the beach. You can also get a wash for 20cents. It looks not like amalfi bit it is more Worth for the money and especially with a family also. The was definatelly better than this one of Amalfi. Minori is a beautiful spot along the Amalfi Coast where you can get reasonable price for sunloungers & food/drinks. Just recommend anyone to get there early as parking is limited. Splendid views, fantastic area and warm water Minori in general was batter than what I thought, we walked down from ravello, 25 min walk and the best thing was the chuch which was fully open you can visit the cripta and other places, small but lovely minori Great experience overall. This is a lovely town and an amazing beach. Prices here are affordable compared to other towns such as Positano or Amalfi. It costed me €20 for two loungers and an umbrella which was great value. Cocktails are mostly below €10, some even €6. There is a great service and the isn’t too busy. Parking can be difficult but if you get there before 12 it should be no problem.
