It’s wide and long and during off season there is not a lot there but it’s quieter which is really chill. It’s also a cruising beach…just in case you wonder why so many people keep driving up and down it! Maybe not so much in busy season but in quiet season, to cruise, this is where it’s at. Great for families with young children because of the gentile slope. Nice wide and some places you can get food/drinks. Busy on weekends but quiet on weekdays. There a few parking facilities in the neighbourhood and there is street parking. Great beach, you can rent sunbeds for much cheaper than Mondello (3 sunbeds 17 euro), and it has restaurants and toilets nearby. One of the best beaches I've visited fishing my trip to Sicily, clean, spacious and free to use. Stunning beach. Bit rocky in places but shallow with chrystal clear water and golden sands, good amenities, bar, toilets, have to pay to park if on front but not expensive. Good for children.
