Family members had to walk an hour with luggage to leave. We would call taxis wait hours for nothing. We ordered food and were charged with no delivery. I know that part is not their fault. It seems nobody will drive to this location. The is so big it can be a long walk to the reception. Prepare to camp basically. We should have come with coolers and a car and it would been a great place. Right now I feel stranded on an island 🏝. Very scary experience we came unfed and dehydrated. We have limited phone service being foreign. The is beautiful and it has a great pool. Loved the site just needs a restaurant nearest place to eat about 4mile away. accommodation fabulous. I stayed 3 nights. Jacuzzi wasn't working and I was expected to walk to reception to speak to an intercom. The beds were so horribly uncomfortable. The was the sauna was nice. The was pretty with different shapes. I would buy a home there one day. The only big issue I have is I was charged €191 for the departure cleaning, yet the rules tell you to clean and leave the place as you saw it. There was food under the table and couch, we are asked to remove the linen and sheets, was all dishes, clean fridge switch off and lower temp on heater. And throw away the rubbish. We spent the last morning making sure everything was tidy. As well as sort out the kids and make sure we have everything packed. €191 for someone to come and pick up the linen. Because there was nothing to clean. I swept out the whole place, cleaned all counters, fridge, oven, dried showed glass and floors as well as basins. There wasn't even a sink plug to wash dishes. To me that's an absolute rip off of someone's hard earned money. The cleaner will no doubt spend 5 hours sitting watching TV with nothing to do. Amazing place with and cozy houses, typical beautiful nature and good service. We arrived in a very hot day and our was without air conditioning (our mistake during the booking). After some discussions next day we moved to another with better conditions and air conditioning. Thanks a lot to the office employees. We enjoyed staying there very much: clean territory, comfortable houses, great swimming pool and playground for children. Perfect for family holidays. Also we ordered barbecue service. It was tasty, with good prices and quality. Laundry room is also what you need when you have family holidays with children. So the has all the facilities to organize great vacations. We had booked the cottage with sauna and whirlpool. Everything was very hygienic and clean! Modern furnishings, kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster and all other utensils. The cottage was equipped with a smart TV. The whirlpool and sauna were the highlight of the house. Unfortunately, there were no oils for the infusion in the sauna. The is about 30 minutes from Amsterdam. Perfect for day trips. There is also a bread roll service in the morning. The rolls can be picked up in the morning at the reception. The late check in and check out worked great. The staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the long weekend with you very much! Thank you for that.
