Not sure where all the people who say they loved the pizzas were eating, but when I visited on a Wednesday night in May I was told that pizza was not on the menu. I enjoyed the burger, probably because I was starving. The young man behind the bar was helpful friendly & efficient but I'm guessing there aren't too many English visitors here. Again, the communication failure is only mine, I should have learnt more Spanish than 'beer' before I left for a touring holiday, so in the circumstances I did quite well to eat as wholesomely as I did, testament to El Pub's staff, thank-you. Nice pub at the edge of a square, you can sit in or outside and they serve snacks as well (excellent tapas). Very kind service. Its a local pub with seeing dont expect too much but fun. Not expensive and very sweet waitress... AMAZING bocadillos, and everything else. Fantastic location and wonderful staff and service! price for the amount of food , is nice but it wasn't a idea to sit inside, noisy and a little bit smelly We just came back home from one of the best nights ever—amazing service, amazing atmosphere and the best beachware in all the garrotxa. But then why not five stars? The crustycockje pizzas were hard to flush down. Thank god the wine was great! But we were pleasently surprised when we discovered the magical axe we were provided to cut the pizza! Overall, interesting adventure! Fantastic place, very welcoming and kind people. The atmosphere was pleasant, the burgers and crusty pizzas were good. The was really fast and people were friendly. I would give it 6 stars if I could, specially for the sake of crusty cheese pizza.
