One was sent back to the kitchen but still did not have crispy skin. When we were there 2 years ago it was excellent, this year the goose was not rendered correctly and was very fatty and we did not have an apple which is normally standard. Also to charge €7 for a bottle of Schwollerner still water is ridiculous. We won't be returning. Sorry. Needs a lot of attention to detail and a look at pricing policy. Food is delicious. We had a time on a Sunday plucking (and paying) for Tulips, admiring the creative pens they have made for the Llama, emu, goats, ducks, ponies, shetland ponies, cows and being blown away by their beautiful landscape and the architecture of the restaurant. Food was great, they had an English Menu, came in a timely manner, there are kid tractors for children to drive around the square, wine tasting area, icecream area, and wonderful staff. Ample parking and clean bathrooms. We had a time and if our visit wasn't short, we would visit every evening for the good food and vibes. Wonderful atmosphere... both inside the restaurant and on the surrounding grounds where small farm animals are housed. 🐐🐓🐖🐏 A place to visit with family any time of the day... Tasty traditional food. Had some tasting schnitzel and fantastic local wine. Staff were great, and they even had an English menu. Good service! Perfect for kids because they even have some animals and swings outside.
