Young kids from 2 to 4 does not have that many options but they can still do the small track and some kid tracks that are challenging but there are no dangers for them as they are solidly attached. Parents just may have to help a little for some passage. For older kids, from 6 upward, the activities are really nice and challenging. The staff is very helpful, never blaming and ready to help as soon as a kid is stuck or want to stop. Good Excellent time here, we didn't have to book, you just pay and go. Instructors are great and helpful. Food served here too 😊 Awesome fun for a ropes course and zip line parc. Expect to spend 2 to 3 hours if your kids are adventuresome. En plein milieu du parcours, une des plateformes s’est littéralement cassée sous mes pieds. Je me suis retrouvé suspendu dans le vide et je me suis écorché tous les doigts, au point de saigner. Nous avons appelé le staff pour signaler l’incident. Ils sont venus s’occuper de la planche tombée au sol, mais à aucun moment ils ne nous ont demandé si ça allait ou s’ils pouvaient nous aider. Quand je leur ai demandé s’ils avaient un mouchoir pour ma main qui saignait, leur réponse a été : “ non ”, sur un ton franchement désagréable. Je trouve ça inadmissible : non seulement le parc est clairement mal entretenu, mais en plus le personnel est totalement indifférent à la sécurité et au bien-être des visiteurs. Je déconseille fortement ce parc.
