L’impression de payer des prestations rien. 120€ de ménage trouver un appartement sale et de la vaisselle pas lavée. 22€ par kit de linge et serviettes qui sont tous tachés. Une télé HS. Une quantité d’eau chaude non suffisante le nombre de personnes prévues dans le logement (plus d’eau chaude après 4 douches un logement 8 personnes). Et le pompon, une des personnes de notre groupe rentre avec des boutons partout sur le corps, literie suspecte. Stunning location with lake views and lovely pool. The view was amazing. Everything else was a disaster, we've got a wrong chalet appointed to us. Later on we had to pay more money because there was made a misstake. Please be carefull to take photo's of the appartment/chalet you stay in. They charged us more then €1000,- because all kind of things we're missing or 'broken'. They didn't deliver good pictures and eventually stopped pursueing..
