[Disclaimer: I'm judging by their website, not their physical place, which I did not visit, so I can't judge their face-to-face treatment.] Admittedly it felt weird and even sketchy that I've never learnt of this site until I've found it by sheer chance through a result on google images of a specific color of the Mr Color C line, then found they had not only the cheapest prices I've ever seen for such specific range of paints (that I've seen so far within Europe) but also on top of that: I, a spanish citizen, found they had products of spanish brands, for slightly cheaper than in my own country. All felt veeeeery weird (for real, why does a belgian shop have spanish products for cheaper than Spain?) But I saw they accept Paypal, so I decided to pull the trigger. "Worst case scenario, I just would have to ask for a refund if they aren't legit". THEY ARE. THEY ARE LEGIT. Got my order from dispatch to my chosen pick-up point in less than a week. Well protected in the package too. I still am very weirded, the experience felt kinda alien, but I most certainly will order from them again once I get to need more lacquers. Ordered online, visited in person and I have only good things to say. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Prices and selection are also very good. Highly recommended. Very disappointed, we ordered and PAY more than one month ago (10th February 2023), we DID NOT RECEIVE the order ( it was more than 200 euro) and they didn't respond to phone , neither to mail messages. Two weeks ago one person pick up the phone they speak only French , they said to call in two days ... nobody answer since then. We wrote in English, after in French , no answer. There is no tracking information on the account page only that the order was sent .... REALLY? Wide selection of products, good prices and a great customer service!
