It was a great experience, I was afraid seeing the reviews, but we booked everything two weeks prior, with massage and body scrub and it went very well ! The place is tidy, and there are many saunas, hammam, swimming pool, also it was busy but not overcrowded. I can recommend it The place is great and I recommend to anyone who enjoys swimming and sauna. They’ve got different kinds of and you can try them all out. One thing to NOTE: make sure to confirm that it’s swimsuit wearing day or no swimsuit wearing day cus not knowing this might be a lil issue. The receptionists are also nice and welcoming! Worst reception ever. I came explicitly to the from Amsterdam city center with an über ride. Did not have a sim card with me to call a ride back. Asked the reception for wifi: answer no wifi, asked for hotspot with phone: no cannot, asked to book a taxi for me: no cannot do. Asked for manager : no, not available. For a place which should be about relaxation, i got in return very unpolite and uncooperative staff. And got stranded in the middle of nowhere for 1 hour, and denied even the most basic help. Shame on you Spa Weesp. Not a good experience, I don't recommend at all. A was not heating at the indicated temperature, same with the heated pool, the garden also looked poorly maintained. There was no cleaning the facilities so the floor was very slippery. Very crowded and loud. Only 1 person at reception to faciltlitate the check out, which resulted in waiting for 30 min to check out. And they charged me 6 euros of obscure fees because I rescheduled my reservation (reservation change and transaction fees, what are transaction fees exactly?!). Cold showers during the day when they're supposed to be warm, bad service in the restaurant (there were used plates and glasses everywhere). The only good thing was the meister, a funny and equipped guy! Don't have separate dressing rooms for men and women. Even if you come on a swimsuit day (which costs extra!!!) you are expected to change in same room as men. So I had to use a toilet instead, and they only have 3 cabins there. That's certainly one way to make sure that people of certain religions are not welcome. The walls in the big blue bath are black in the corners. Looks like mold. Not sure how safe it is to breathe there. Sound insulation is very poor. People are talking and the sound echoes on. Especially in Caldarabath? If people are talking in the next to it, then it feels like they are screaming in your ear if you are in the bath. The massage chairs seemed like a pretty good deal, compared to Thermae2000 but unfortunately both were broken. The are very friendly though. 4-5h here is enough, so you might as well get the evening ticket if you live nearby. I had an amazing experience with my partner. We visited in early February. The saunas were excellent, the vibe of the whole place and the pools as well. Definitely recommended for the price! I had a very disappointing experience at this spa in Weesp. I booked a ritual treatment, but due to poor service, I couldn't even attend it. After ordering a cold salad, it took 45 minutes to arrive, and the quality was shockingly low for the €18 price. Because of this delay, I missed my treatment, and no one apologized for the inconvenience. When I shared my feedback at the entrance, the just mentioned that I didn’t have to pay for the ritual, which was obvious since I couldn’t attend it. There was no real apology, no gesture of understanding, and not even a discount offered. Instead of a relaxing day, the experience was stressful, and I ended up leaving earlier than planned. To make matters worse, I noticed other guests were also waiting far too long at the restaurant and at the entrance. For a place that's supposed to offer relaxation, this was truly disappointing. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this spa to anyone.
