Water was cold but not too cold. Sand is fine and kids friendly beach. Nice sunrise view and during off-season pretty empty. I've been here many times. It's a beautiful at the cote d'azur, with a beautiful view. It's gotten a it crowded over the years, though. The establishments take a lot of space. That's also making less space for visitors, which makes it extra crowded. This is not goodly available by wheelchair users. You can come to this by the road or the campsite behind it. The is clean and there are coastal guards. In the morning there are a lot of young people that are doing a lot of noise. From my point of view, not a good place to see the sunrise. Very crowded and loud which is not for everyone. was clean and there are toilets. Life guards at the that are helpful. There is also people that sell snacks and ice cream on the and 2 bars. Just a little to crowded for my taste to really Enjoy. An Old "Mammillaria Hahniana" Cactus hidden in the rocks above Gaillarde Beach. The place is nice and stand far in front of Esterel. Nice, clean with safe bathing areas. Probably a little crowded in peak season but OK beginning of September. Convenient store close by for ice cream as well as groceries. Small with rough sand and not much of a vibe. If you’re used to the beaches in Portugal or Italy, this one might feel a bit underwhelming.
