The service was okay, the food portions are huge and delicious, the coffee tasted average and the prices are affordable. We found a cool breeze here and we could refresh on this hot day. The atmosphere was fantastic and the location and staff brilliant. We needed to wait a few hours for our departure back home and we did not want to wait in the airport. Best choice to come here. We also only had luck that the guests in front of us didn’t smoke or else the smoker lounge was way larger than the one for non smokers. It's a nice cafeteria with a lovely view and really nice service. It's also a bar after 8 o'clock. Excessively expensive and low quality ingredients. The coffee for 5 euros has got to be the most expensive I've had in Europe. Shame because it could have been an excellent if management cared more. The staf was nice and polite. 20 Euros for Hooka. Which tasted like absolute garbage. We asked for replacement which was denied. Never returning - not to mention we always brings from foreign countries here. Unbelievable specially we are regular customers. We paid in full with this review. We came with a baby for a drink before we go back home. Three different waiters approached us and not one served us, just told us to wait for apparently “our” waiter. We waited 20 min. and when someone finally came to serve we waited for another 20 mins for a cappuccino and espresso. We left. Apparently we weren’t the right clientele for this place. Not family friendly. Lovely place and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend 👌 The service was a disaster, we waited for half an hour or even longer for someone to serve us. Five waiters asked us if we came to order something – I mean, isn’t it obvious that when you sit down somewhere, you’re going to order something? Such unpleasant staff. If I could, I would give zero stars.
