Carne d'ansia stopposa e asciutta, l'ho chiesta ben cotta e nn lo era, quella di mia figlia cottura normale era uguale, sempre stopposa, l'abbiamo lasciata quasi per intero. Le patate con speck quasi inesistente, che erano da contorno, le abbiamo lasciate per intero, erano patate immangiabili, almeno erano del giorno prima se nn di più e riscaldate almeno da due volte. Le uniche cose buone le verdure grigliate e il pane con un ottimo olio che inizialmente ho chiesto per la carne, ma siccome anche mettendo l'olio era immangiabile, l'ho usato col pane per saziarmi.
