I booked this through Getyourguide.com and it was exactly as described. The were well mannered. Most of them wore muzzles to keep them from grazing. There was a guide at the front and rear of the group. My daughter and I are experienced riders but there were beginners in our group. We mostly walked. When we trotted, the beginners bounced all around and one fell off their horse. We did see one deer. The was through the beautiful and it was relaxing. The price was fair and the experience was good. We had an incredible experience on our through the Chantilly forests. The staff were great, the was beautiful and the were brilliant and easy to handle. First, when arriving, they did not even welcome us nor introduce themselves .. just asked for our money. Then, they have a really bad system where you all hop on your and then the all automatically go drink in this one small basket. Clearly it got crowded. A horse, who did not find its spot, aggressively turned around and kicked my horse. I (experienced rider) did not expect this at all and fell and the walked on me… The instructor did not even come to comfort me. Unbelievable. Thank god there was one nice other girl working there but for the rest, 0 stars. Me and my family had a wonderful through the with this company, both our instructors were knowledgeable and patient (we were all first time riders). I would highly recommend this if you would like a peaceful through the 😊 We visited with our two young daughters and although we were a little apprehensive about the youngest riding by herself our instructor held the reins of her the entire time and we always felt she was safe. Our instructor was very friendly and ensured we were all ok throughout the ride. We had a great time, are their new favourite animals :) Had a private with my daughter. Wonderful on beautiful through a beautiful forest. Our instructor was very good always checking we were ok with what we were going to do and that we were comfortable with the pace.
