Also the lady’s response with our payment via card , it’s disrespectful. Even though she was able to accept card payment, she should respect the fact there are that prefer to pay via card and not carry cash with them. We've visited this place yesterday with the and we have to admit it's part of our dream life as well, a beautiful place in the middle of nature self sustaining and from all over the world being taken care of like children made our day, our loved it although they live in the village permanently they still were so happy to enjoy this place. They have a little corner everywhere where the can play run and have fun. The owner is very kind and the most important, he loves these like his own kids, their settlements offer their plenty of space to enjoy in a very natural environment, more natural it can't get, also homeless dogs are being helped and taken care of here so if you'd like to have one and take care of you can. There is a small fee and I have to to put a note of this because trying to peek from outside doors, probably a lot of don't understand the cost of taking care of so many with each individual special need. You can have a coffee or a drink in the middle of nature as well if you choose to. The place is situated on the main road that leads to Kleitoria, Cave lake and Planitero, so it's easy to be found, there are plenty of signs kilometers away which will lead you to it as well. I haven't posted a lot of animal pictures so a lot can be discovered but you'll be surprised of the amount of unique species that be found here, I for sure I was. I was lucky to catch a white peacock 🦚 fully in his ritual 😮 thing which is rare to be seen. Most of the are awaiting babies it's definitely a reason for us to revisit the place pretty soon and pretty often ☺️ Nice experience! It is worth to be seen! Your children will have memorable time! The fee is affordable and u can buy carrots to feed the on your own at the entrance. The place is in the middle of the mountain and you can feel the magic of true nature there far from human touch, only you, the and the nature. We came across this place by chance, and are SO glad we did. The park has an absolutely interesting variety of animals, from domestic, to exotic, and even to the rare white peacock (estimated at 1 in 30,000). They sell carrots as snacks to feed the animals, and that makes it so much more fun because you get to create a bond with them (we ended up buying 5 cups and we could easily have gotten more). I also would have liked it if there were some options available for the dogs. Definitely recommend! Note: Because I've seen numerous ratings with imposing their whining about the "steep" fee and the "dishonesty" of selling snacks, I feel the need to impose mine: the owners are running this park on their own with no external support beyond what visitors pay. It takes a lot to maintain such a place (all the spaces were clean and it was clear that this is done at the very very least once a day, otherwise everything would be drowning in manure), acquire the animals, and keep them well-fed and healthy. So really people, pay the fee (we all spend way more on useless crap) and buy some carrots as well - it's a win-win, you give your support and enjoy yourselves and watching the trying to prevail to get the coveted carrot and then chomp away on it.
