First time: - value for money; - clean room; - furnishing ok; - friendly, kind hosts (administrators/ managers), who offered to serve a fresh made pizza and a beer even it was almost midnight when we arrived. One week later (when we adjusted our route so we could stay here, as the first experience was very good): - the floor in the room was not cleaned (dust and packaging traces); - clean but worn up towels; - empty shower gel bottle; - we arrived at 10:05 a.m. for the (paid) breakfast (5 minutes later) and we were not served (no other customer was around, though); - we were asked firmly and repeatedly to pay for two beers we have never had. It took a while to explain to the lady who did not speak or understand English that it was not us the ones who had the beers. (I am truly sorry I had to amend the initial review) Very Friendly and professional service! Great price-value combination! Even if we dont really speak german they make us feel comfortable , high standards of customer service , we only have breakfast which is so lovely quality of food!
