Am recommendation from the hotel we were staying in. It has an beer choice and a good variety of food from steak to pizza. I chose pizza and my friend chose steak. Very good and service. The staff spoke English too, thankfully. I would recommend this as well as the good food and service it is also in a great location with an atmosphere. Awesome place! It seems that this restaurant, or some of the employees, or even the owner, chooses its customers either by nationality or appearance. While visiting Passau we decided to visit this by the river. We arrived around 19:40, there were 2 of us, there were many free tables on the terrace (in the first photo). We asked for a table for two. We were asked what language you speak. After we answered that we speak in English, the attitude changed and we were told that they had all the tables booked. Seemed suspicious. Forced by the circumstances, we went to a next door, where we could observe the situation, and this remained half empty. No reservations came there. Very offensive behavior. The second photo was taken an hour later, around 8:40 p.m., and we were received by the young man who serves the single gentleman. Food was great, we dint reserve the table but we were given the table even while the was crowded. Very very good hospitality. Loved the food. Highly recommend.
