Well, when we first reached this place, I was doubtful as the final road leading to the property was a *kuccha* road! My mind was full of weird thoughts! But when we reached there, everything changed... we were welcomed by Abid, who, along with three other partners, runs this place. This place is situated in a village called Pangmo, which is a 45-minute drive from Kaza. stunning view wherever you lay your eyes ! The place is cozy and full of warmth. Don’t expect a 5-star treatment or luxury… it’s a *home*! The rooms are very nicely done and well-lit. They have a lovely sitting area on the first floor, and we loved spending time in that room, playing lots of board games and chatting with everyone! Food was delicious, simple and home cooked. The Milky Way is clearly visible from the rooftop, and they have made a very nice arrangement for that. They also love showing it to guests. My son fell sick, I guess due to the high altitude, and everyone made sure he recovered well. They even accompanied us to the doctor in Kaza. We can never forget this warm gesture when we were sitting so far away from home! My heartfelt thanks to Abid, Ritika, Namka Bhaiya, Dikit, Meme (the silent figure, continuously active and concerned about each and every one), and Vishal. They made our Spiti trip memorable!
