Some food options for younger and older. A small surprise for me was the possibility of buying beer or wine. But I'm not complaining 😉, I'm just not used to something like that at playrooms. What an excellent place. Not only is it soft play, but it also has a creative area for to use their imagination. There is also a dress-up area for them to dress up as superheroes. It has something for all ages. The are really friendly and the cafe upstairs is a place for a quick bite or coffee. They take child safety really seriously with all doors locked and operated with a buzzer system. Really lovely kiddy venue with a softplay area and many pretend rooms/toys and costumes. Parents can get a cuppa or some food whilst your little ones are busy having fun as it's easy to keep an eye on your kid (if you need to) with how the layout is organized. Very friendly and we found that 90mins time is a good duration and there are no fixed session times which makes it easier. What a lovely soft / role place! Booked in online and easy, enough parking locally. Loads of good facilities. Cars for them to ride in, role village in picture with lots of toys. Trampoline and slide into ball pit which the loves. Oh and a mini door swing. and cool with air conditioning and drinks served from the staff. A great respite from the sun! Do it. We had planned a visit with our three kids, knowing it would be a rainy day. We checked the website in advance, and it seemed like you could even book seats — but since everything appeared to be open and free, we decided not to. We live just around the corner (a 10-minute walk), so we walked over. Unfortunately, after walking through heavy rain with excited who had been really looking forward to the visit, we arrived only to find it was closed for a birthday party. The were understandably disappointed — and we got quite an earful from them. This review isn’t about the closure itself, but about the lack of information. Nowhere on the website did it mention that you need to download an app to check for such updates — I only discovered this now, while writing this review. For me, that’s a customer service issue. You can have the best air conditioning and toys in the world, but you won’t get the best reviews if people don’t know whether you’re open or not. It’s not the adults who are most disappointed — it’s the kids. And that makes it even more important to make the process smooth and clear, especially when you already offer online booking. So for that visit, I can only give 3 stars. We did go back another day, and thankfully it was open — and it truly is a fantastic place, easily deserving 5 stars. But those 5 stars only come once it’s clearly stated on the website that an app is required to check updates like birthday party closures, etc. Чудове місце для відпочинку з дітьми. Lovely set-up for younger kids, my 10 minth old and 5 year old enjoyed our session. The were so friendly and accommodating and spent time cleaning whilst we were there. A cloudy/raining day on the first day of our holiday with a 2 year old. We couldnt stay inside as she would be bored so we took her to Cafe. I didnt take the ladies name but we was happily greeted and she was lovely. Our 2 year old had an amazing time and my partner said her coffee was lovely as well. Definitely recommend and thank you! Not that mainstream as everywhere else. If it wasnt for the sick it would be a 5 star and I would go back but people go here (and to this kind of places) with sick and it is not nice... Would be not allowed to bring sick kids. We had a wonderful experience celebrating our child’s first birthday here! The service was excellent, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the had so much fun. Our guests were equally delighted. Highly recommended for birthdays or simply visiting with little ones! 🙌🥰 What a beautiful place. Took my two toddlers here twice during our week stay. Will absolutely be returning when we come back. The owner is very friendly and the place is spotless. Lovely activities for to with, the soft is small so you can always see your child. There is a Lego wall which I found really cool. Play Cafe is lovely and cool (which was very welcome in 36 degree weather!), music was quiet, very little noise. Online ordering was very easy to use (you can also pay as you enter) Woke up to discover an overcast day with a 2 year old to entertain. Found this little gem online and drove 25 mins. Easy to park. Not sure who enjoyed it more to be honest: my 34 year old wife or my daughter. We ended up staying for 2.5 hours as there are lots of different corners to keep the little ones entertained. The place is spotlessly clean and feels very safe. Toilets and changing facilities also clean and effortless. And the café has everything you need. All in all, it saved what could have been a miserable day on holiday into a highlight. Very and easy going. Great for the and parents to relax with a coffea. I absolutely love this this place! Приходили с 5-летней дочкой, было не вытащить с детской площадки😁 Очень здорово , что помимо активных игр , дети также могут поиграть в домиках в спокойные тематические игры. По сравнению с многими другими детскими площадками видно , что персонал следит за порядком, вокруг чистота, и все игрушки находятся в рабочем состоянии. Приветливый и улыбчивый персонал.
