But today, the second time we’ve come this week there was a charge for ice and the Wifi and she closed our straight after our first round. It would be nice if they smile while serving you. Also, I do not appreciate the fact that they try to kick people out as soon as they finish their shisha or drink in order to replace the clients with others. Even if it was their time to close, there are tens of respectful ways of asking people to leave. Awful place, we sat down in a booth beside the pool. No welcome from staff, they then come over to us asking myself and my partner to move elsewhere because they wanted the area for more people, drinks are overpriced with very little alcohol in them. Slow service, beautiful setting but all pointless with the poor staff they have. We waited 30 mins to receive our first drink of the night then 30 more minutes to get the bill for it. The drinks were watered down. As we were leaving, we were accused of not paying our bill. Of course we had but one of the bouncers confronted us with the words that “people like us” (i.e. tourists) often do leave the place without paying the bill. Not really the best way to treat your customers. Would not recommend. I waited for an order that I did not receive. As an apology, I received tequila diluted with water. The was very rude and offensive towards customers, speaking Spanish (fortunately I understood everything until the last word). After speaking to the manager we were also sent home without a refund for previously ordered drinks. Stay away from this bar….
