They kept making mistakes on the paper and made us resign on new documents when we bought our car. 4 months after we already received the car without any issues, after paying the amount they asked for, they suddenly emailed us saying we should send them 15000 dkk ASAP because they made a mistake last year and apparently charged too little for the car. We addressed that it was their mistake because we already got the car a long time ago and asked for alternative options than just abruptly having to pay the amount to cover their mistake from last year. They were not only unwilling to offer any solution but also extremely rude and irresponsible, just repeating that we have to pay the stated amount all at once within a week - without a single apology although it was their mistake to charge a wrong amount and release the car. No single apology for the inconvenience their mistake has caused. I highly recommend avoiding this branch and going to another one for professional services and hospitality. 👍👍👍 As far as car dealerships this is probably the best experience I've had so far. It's Tesla so sure, there's a bit of a Nespresso vibe over everything but as a customer you're pampered and well treated there. We booked two test trips in a model y and both times got very good from the sales reps. All our questions were promptly answered and overall this just seems like a totally professional store that I am very happy to recommend. Very poor customer service, took delivery of a new Model 3 and I was almost rushed out of the garage, the employee was rude when I decided to inspect the car for scratches telling me there is no time for that and I should leave if I expect a perfect car. We had Tesla technician at our house for replacing charging cable on our new Tesla model Y by warranty. After cable replacement our left tail light and aircon stop working- probably fuses blown off. I was trying to get in contact with Aarhus center by phone, however after almost 1 hour waiting they just refer me to Tesla app and tell me just to wait and relax. I can not drive my car becouse the shirt circuit created by Tesla technician. This will probably take a few weeks to wait for techincan to come and fix it.
