Este viernes el recepcionista ( que aún no conocía) le pago con billete de 50€, me lo tira de vuelta inmediatamente por que tiene una esquina rota subrayándome que no me lo coge por que tiene una esquina rota (una raja pequeña, sin pérdida de parte alguna del billete). Le digo que no lo había visto (del tamaño de una uña) y que le ponga un trozo de celo, y me dice QUE SE LO PONGA YO y me lo prácticamente tira en el mostrador. Está en su derecho, pero no me parece la respuesta ni el trato al cliente de ninguna clase de negocio, menos de cara al cliente. Me ha dado la sensación de que era él mi cliente, de que he intentado engañarle, y me he ha faltado pedirle disculpas. Vamos de mal en peor con la atención al cliente.
